This dish consists of bok choy, snow peas, bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, and celery.  Moo-shu-pork comes from the Northern Chinese region. People from the area eat this dish with rice but since you are in keto diet, you can simply skip the rice.

Chicken with Broccoli

Chicken with broccoli is just a simple dish. The chicken is roasted or steamed and served, with broccoli, which is a low-carb vegetable, making this dish perfect for those who are in a keto-diet.

Mu Shu

This dish is originally from Northern China, specifically in Shandong. It contains pork tenderloin, scrambled egg, cucumber, ear mushroom, peanut oil, and enokitake mushroom. Mu shu is stir-fried with sesame together with the other ingredients such as minced ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and scallions. Usually, mu shu is served with rice. But to make it keto-friendly, you can substitute rice with a low-carb vegetable like broccoli.

Black Bean Soup

Black bean soup is made up of fermented soybeans. The soybeans are boiled and inoculated with mold spore-like aspergillus oryzae, and then dried in the sun fa or few days. This dish is enjoyable enough without rice.

Steamed Tofu

Basically, this dish is made of tofu that is steamed and seasoned with Chinese sauce. Since tofu belong to low-carb food types, it’s perfect for those who are looking for carb substitutes.

Moo Goo Gai Pan

This dish consists of chicken, vegetable, mushrooms, and spice, which are stir-fried together. This food is popular among the Cantonese.

Szechuan Prawn or Shrimp

Szechuan prawn or shrimp comes from Sichuan China. This dish contains shrimp or prawn, which are cooked with chili and pepper.

Whole Steamed Fish

Whole steamed fish, as the name suggests is steamed fish, which is seasoned with soy sauce. This food is keto-friendly since it only has fish as the main ingredient. Of course, you can add a low-carb vegetable of your choice.

Thin Soup

This dish is also called egg flower soup. It contains eggs cooked in chicken broth and chopped scallions and tofu. You can add more tofu, if you wish, to make it more filling. People who are following the keto diet will enjoy eating this food since this food is low in carbohydrates.

Stir-Fried Beef and Broccoli

Broccoli is almost the perfect pair to beef especially when both are stir-fried. This dish is flavorful because of the beef alone. But the soy sauce and ginger take the flavor up a notch higher.

Braised Pork Belly

This is perfect for those who are following a ketogenic diet since fats are the primary source of energy in the keto diet plan. Braised pork belly is usually cooked with tamari sauce.

Faux Fried Rice

Instead of using real rice, use broccoli as the main ingredient to make the dish more keto-friendly. Add the other inf\gredients you want in regular fried rice.

Zucchini Chow Mein

Zucchini chow mein is a dish with noodles as the main ingredient. However, since noodles are high in carbs., they are replaced with zucchini. It is a good alternative since it is low-carb but contains lots of fiber.

Chinese Meatballs

This dish usually contains either chicken or pork. Make it more keto-friendly by using flour alternatives.
