Treasure Mountain Background

Treasure Mountain is also known as Treasure Mountain Educational Campsite. This property offers stunning views of the Sierra Madre mountain ranges and unforgettable moments guaranteed at these spots!

It was opened to guests in the year 2017 and it offers something for everyone: from camping sites perfect for budding wilderness enthusiasts or those looking forward to an easy getaway into nature’s embrace–all set against breathtaking scenery that will leave memories forever.

Treasure Mountain is located at Sitio Maysawa, Barangay Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal. With an elevation of 505 meters above sea level, a scenic mountain range with a stunning view of the sea of clouds. It’s a perfect spot for family getaways as well as with your friends and loved ones.

A sea of clouds (SOC) is a natural phenomenon. Its occurrence highly depends on the weather condition. It usually occurs from 5 am until 8 am.

There are a lot of activities that can be done here in Treasure Mountain. Here are the attractions or activities that you and your family and friends can enjoy.

Giant Seesaw

Tired of the same old activities? Come and try one of their newest additions to Treasure Mountain, a giant seesaw! You’ll be able to see everything from 25 feet high up in the air on this fun and exciting ride. You will be treated to panoramic views of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range and the sea of clouds.

All ages are allowed to experience this activity. Go back to your childhood and ride this seesaw.

Giant Seesaw Fee: Php300.00 for 2 people, 5 to 10 minutes in the air.

ATV Ride

Get to experience their newest ATV Ride. If you are a beginner, they will give you a Light Trail through their mini forest, light river crossing, exclusive campsite, rock formations, and the sea of clouds. It would take 1 to 2 hours of trail.

However for For thrill-seekers, you can have our Experience Trail. This will allow you to enjoy their mini forest, light river crossing, exclusive campsite, rock formations, the sea of clouds, off-road, private farm, and 20 minutes of Bosay Falls. It would take 2 to 3 hours of trail.

The package includes the use of an ATV, a tour guide, safety gear, 1 liter of water, and snacks after your trail.

ATV RATE: Php1,200 per head

  • – One hour

  • – Minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 person
  • – Open every day, operating hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

If you are planning to ride an ATV, you are advised to wear appropriate clothes and shoes (e.g. rubber shoes, a t-shirt, and pants/leggings).

You are also required to present a VALID photo ID, which includes name, signature, photo, and date of birth to prove that he or she is over 18 years old, allowing guests to sign their own waiver. Guests are also encouraged to carry their ID at all times while riding the ATV.

Any participant under 18 years of age MUST have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. If the parent or legal guardian is not present, the waiver must remain with the adult responsible for them, and this adult must be over the age of 21.

High Rope Obstacle Course

Another fun activity you can enjoy is the High Rope Obstacle Course. This includes Rope Walking, Spider Web Obstacle Course, High Swing, etc. The thrill this whole obstacle course has to offer is superb. The fee For the whole course is P250.

How to get to Treasure Mountain

VIA Public Transportation

Cogeo Route

From Cubao, you can ride a van or jeepney bound for Cogeo Gate 2 or Padilla. Alight at Gate 2 and ride a jeepney going to Sampaloc, Tanay. Get off at Sitio Maysawa, waiting shed, or the jump-off to the Maysawa Circuit, then you can walk or ride a tricycle.

Tanay Route

From Shaw Boulevard terminal, take a jeepney going to Tanay town proper. From Tanay Public Market, ride a jeepney going to Cuyambay or take a jeepney going to Sampoloc and get off at the junction. Take a jeepney bound for Cogeo, you’ll get off at Sitio Maysawa or Maysawa Circuit, then ride a tricycle.

NOTE: The last trip of jeepneys bound for Sampaloc, Tanay is at around 5 or 6 pm.

Other things you should Know:

  • Bluetooth and portable speakers are not allowed inside.
  • Bringing alcoholic liquor is not allowed.
  • Pitching of Own Tent is not allowed (they offer tent rentals).
  • Guests are allowed to bring food from outside but are subject to a corkage fee of P200. There is a store where you can buy food inside.
  • You can also cook your own food. They will only allow portable camping/cooking equipment such as portable butane gas stoves and other handy compact equipment. Not allowed are propane gas tanks, stoves, big casseroles, and other large equipment.
  • Firearms and other deadly weapons are not allowed inside.
  • Pets are only allowed during day visit tours.
