They would still experience nervousness and fear which last up to 6 months.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD usually take place when an individual experienced a traumatic event. It is also possible for PTSD to take account if there have been threats that resulted to fear on a person. Usually, PTSD could be triggered by violent assaults, human-related disasters, and accidents.
Symptoms of Anxiety
Even though anxiety disorder has been diagnosed as a mental disorder, it also has something to do with the physical attributes of a person. This is because anxiety disorder has a biological chain reaction that affects the individual not just mentally but also physically. Common symptoms of anxiety disorder consist of chest pain, difficulty in breathing, increased heart rate, sweaty and shaking hands.
Anxiety disorder may also include psychological symptoms such as difficulty in concentration, restlessness, irritability, feeling tense, nervousness, and development of obsessive thoughts.
How Do You Deal with Anxiety?

Anxiety disorder could be treated through medications and therapy. It may seem awkward to talk to your medical expert about the things that are going inside your head but opening up to someone most especially to ane expert will surely help.
There are various kinds of therapies such as talk therapy, music therapy, and even breathing exercises that could be done to help combat symptoms of anxiety. Depending on your doctor, such exercises will surely help.
Aside from the therapies, there are also prescribed drugs that will help ease anxiety disorder. Medications such as antidepressants, serotonin, and other drugs that could affect neurotransmitters in the brain will be needed.
